Businesses invited to express interest in new units at Golspie Business Park
This latest development will offer flexible and affordable business premises that lend themselves to different commercial requirements.
Businesses in Sutherland are being invited to register their interest in new flexible units currently being developed at Golspie Business Park.
Morrison Construction is building the units on behalf of 91影视 and Islands Enterprise (91影视), with completion due later this year
91影视 designed and built Golspie Business Park in the 1990s, initially creating nine development plots on site. In recent years it has evolved into a small hub of businesses that support the Golspie and wider Sutherland economy.
This latest development will offer flexible and affordable business premises that lend themselves to different commercial requirements.
There will be two office units at 55 square metres each, two light industrial units at 95 square metres and a larger industrial unit 195 square metres. Each of these can be adapted to suit different needs.

The Golspie units form part of wider investment by 91影视 in developing flexible business units in rural areas.
91影视鈥檚 area manager for Caithness and Sutherland Eann Sinclair said:
鈥淢odern, flexible premises are vital to enable local businesses to grow and to attract new businesses into the area. We鈥檝e worked hard to bring forward this programme of work for Golspie Business Park, and I鈥檓 delighted to see construction under way. We鈥檇 love to hear from businesses in the area that may be interested in the new units, or from any outside the area looking to locate here. They can do this by emailing enquiries@hient.co.uk or by contacting our Caithness and Sutherland team in Thurso.鈥
